Register for Intramural Sports

REGISTER FOR INTRAMURAL SPORTS HERE

All participants must create an account on FusionPlay in order to create a team, join a team, become a free agent, etc.  

Registration for ALL intramural sports will take place on FusionPlay.

How to Access Fusion Play & Register for Intramural Sports

Loyola University Chicago Intramural Sports has moved from IMLeagues to Fusion Play!

Since Fusion Play is connected to Loyola's existing Fusion system, you do not need to create a new account to access Intramural Sports.

  1. Go to Fusion Play.
  2. Log in using your Loyola University Chicago credentials:
    • LUC Username
    • LUC Password
  3. Once logged in, you will have access to the Intramural Sports leagues and tournaments currently being offered.

That's it! You use the same LUC login information you use for other Loyola systems.

How to Register for Intramural Sports

Create a Team

If you want to create your own team:

  1. Log in to Fusion Play using your LUC username and password.
  2. Find the Intramural Sport/League you are interested in participating in.
  3. Click on the league you want to participate in.
  4. Select the division/time you want your team to play (for example, Monday at 6:00 PM).
  5. A button will appear giving you the option to Create Team or Join as a Free Agent.
  6. Select Create Team.
  7. Complete and sign the required waiver.
  8. Once the waiver is completed, your team will be registered!

Inviting Teammates

Once your team has been created, you can invite your teammates in two ways:

  • Share your team's invitation link: Your team will have a link that you can copy and send to your teammates via text, email, or another messaging platform.
  • Search for free agents: If someone has already registered as a free agent, you can search for them in the Free Agent section and manually send them an invitation to join your team.

Tip: We recommend getting your teammates registered and added to your roster before the first day of play.

How to Join as a Free Agent

Don't have a team? No problem! You can register as a Free Agent and give yourself an opportunity to join a team.

  1. Log in to Fusion Play using your LUC username and password.
  2. Find the Intramural Sport/League you are interested in.
  3. Click on the league you want to participate in.
  4. Select the division/time you are interested in.
  5. Select Join as a Free Agent.
  6. Complete and sign the required waiver.
  7. Once the waiver is completed, you are officially registered as a free agent!

You can then be discovered by team captains looking for additional players.
